All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required before orders are finalized unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

Custom baked goods may require additional lead time, pricing, and communication.

Once a custom order is confirmed, changes may not be guaranteed. Certain custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up or delivery information.

Butter & Bread is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer.

5. Allergies & Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While we take care in preparation, Butter & Bread cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to ordering.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been completed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Cancellation policies for custom or large orders may vary.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or its content.

All website content, including logos, photos, branding, and written content, is the property of Butter & Bread and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Butter & Bread is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
